Ho Liao (LI 19) dan Ying Siang (LI 20) Ho Liao terletak teapat di bawah cuping hidung. Bermanfaat dalam penanganan Pilek, hidung tersumbat, alergi, mimisan, amandel, pusing, tidak bisa mencium bau.

Titik ke 20 dari Meridian Usus Besar ini terletak disamping bawah cuping hidung. Bersifat melancarkan pernafasan, menghilangkan gangguan karena angin. Khasiat untuk menangani problema mimisan, pilek, keluar ingus, hidung tersumbat, mulut miring, gangguan penciuman, lumpuh muka, sariawan dan amandel. PARU, GANGGUAN KESEHATAN DAN LUNG MERIDIAN

Lung meridian atau meridian paru, secara umum terkait dengan gangguan dan penyakit paru-paru (Lung, Pulmo), tenggorokan (trachea) dan dada (thorac). Meridian ini tersebar dari intercosta (antar tulang rusuk) hingga palang (ruas ibu jari)menelusuri dibawa selangka, lengan atas , lengan bawa, carpal, metacarpal.




Ada beberapa istilah yang biasa ditemukan untuk menunjukan Meridian Paru diantaranya : Shou Tai Yin Fei Jing, Meridian Thay Yin Tangan Paru-Paru, Merodian Paru-paru dari Tangan Taiyin, Meridian of Hand Taiyin dan Lung Meridian (LU). Lung Meridian inilah yang digunakan untuk istilah internasional.

Gangguan atau Penyakit pada Meridian Thay Yin Tangan Paru-Paru meliputi :
1. Gangguan pada meridian :
Demam. tidak berkeringat atau berkeringat, pilek, nyeri kepala, nyeri pada daerah dada bagian atas atau seluruh dada, nyeri punggung bagian atas, anggota badan bagian atas terasa nyeri dan dingin.

2. Gangguan Pada Organ Dalam
Batuk, batuk mengeluarkan dahak, asthma, nafas pendek, dada terasa penuh dan sesak, mengeluarkan banyak dahak, tenggorokan kering, warna air seni tidak normal, gelisah, telapak tangan terasa panas, kada-kadang perut terasa kembung, diare atau kotoran tidak terbentuk.

Salah satu titik akupuntur di meredian paru adalah Titik Shaoshang.

Shaoshang merupakan titik ke 11 (LU 11) pada meridian Paru. Sifat titik Shaoshang adalah melancarkan energi meridian, membersihkan paru-paru dan melancarkan tenggorokan. Khasiat ttitik shaoshang adalah dalam penanganan amandel, pembengkakan tenggorokan, mimisan, astma, kejang jari-jari tangan, ayan, demam, pingsan, sakit leher, ibu jari linu, radang gusi, sariawan, tangan-tangan mati rasa.

Beberapa titik akupungkut beserta manfaatnya pada meridian paru (lung meridian) dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut.




1. Cung Fu (LU 1)

Sifat menjernihkan rongga dada dan mengatur energi paru-paru. Berkhasiat dalam penyembuhan Nyeri dada, TBC, Bronchitis, alergi, asthma, batuk, pilek, masuk angin, sesak nafas. Untuk ganggauan/penyakit karena infeksi (infeksius), maka dikombinasikan dengan fitofarmaka/nutrisi dari kami yang bermanfaat mengatasi infeksi tersebut. Sebagai misal untuk TBC, maka sangat perlu ditambah fitofarmaka yang berperan memerangi kuman TBC (Micobacterium tuberculorum).

2. Yun Men (LU 2)

Bermanfaat dalam penanganan sesak nafas, batuk, astma, masuk angin, gigi, lengan kejang, lengan tidak bisa diangkat.

3. Tien Fu (LU 3)

Untuk mengatasi gangguan kesehatan berkaitan dengan Radang amandel, tenggorokan bengkak, sembelit, mual, ambein , usus besar.

4. Sie Pai (LU 4)

Untuk ambeien, alergi, sakit kepala, gigi

5. Ce Ce (LU 5)

Bersifat menghilangkan panas dari paru-paru ( clear lung heat) menormalkan energi yang tidak teratur, menjernihkan ruang rongga atas. Berkhasiat dalam penanganan TBC, batuk darah, gatal-gatal, alergi, panas, kejang otot siku, migren, mata, tuli, astma, radang tenggorokan (sore throat).




6. Kung Cui (LU 6)

Titik ini menormalkan paru-paru sebagai organ pernafasan (respiratoria), menghentikan pendarahan, menghilangkan panas luar. Bermanfaat di dalam penanganan Batuk darah, influanza, sesak nafas, batuk batuk, radang amandel, radang tenggorokan, pundak nyeri, lengan kaku, sakit lengan dan siku, usus besar, perut bunyi, sakit ayan, nyeri lambung, radang usus akut.

7. Lie Cie (LU 7)

Memiliki sifat melancarkan energi, membersihkan paru-paru, mengusir angin. Berkhasiat dalam penyembuhan penyakit dada, asthma, pilek, batuk, migren, demam, tangan dingin, pergelangan tangan lemah atau sakit, telapak tangan panas dan nyeri, bulu kuduk, kencing sedikit, bengkak, nyeri dan bengkak tenggorokan, colitis (radang usus besar/colon).

8. Cing Ci (LU 8)

Untuk menangani masalah batuik, demam, pusing, tenggorokan, tengkuk, bronchitis, telapak tangan panas dan nyeri.

9. Tai Yen (LU 9)



Bersifat mengusir angin, menghilangkan dahak, mengatur paru-paru, menghentikan batuk. Memiliki manfaat di dalam penyembuhan tenggorokan kering, batuk darah, bronkhitis, sesak nafas, bengkak dada, sakit lengan bagian dalam, sakit jantung, telapak tangan panas dan nyeri, tengkuk dan pusing.

10. I Ci (LU 10)

Titik ini bersifat menormalkan paru-paru dan lambung, melancarkan tenggorokan, menurunkan panas.bermanfaat dalam mengatasi kejang, lengan atas kejang, batuk darah, batuk, bronchitis, radang amandel, sakit dada dan pinggang, demam disertai , demama tinggi, rasa panas pada telapak tangan.
